ATPM that is able to give satisfaction to the consumers so as to create loyal customers will be able to survive in the increasingly tight competition among brands in Indonesia, "said Sahrial the sidelines of the contest mechanics Yamaha Indonesia Regional Technical Grand Prix 2008 in Bandung, West Java, last week.
YMKI trying to develop the service with the mechanics educate them to always be friendly and understand the needs of consumers. It can be seen from the material that is tested to the 12 participants ITGP mechanics. Tested them how to serve customers when it comes to garage and resolve any complaints.

Out as the first winner is Jajang Zeni of Bahana Cikampek, then Akhmad Khumedi of Flagship shop in Bandung, and the third Dedi Suhendi from the Sentra Anug** h Motor, (now in PT Hasta Joint Bandung). Winners will be sent to follow ITGP national level to be held in Bali in February 2009.
Activities ITGP contest is part of a world-level event called World Technician Grand Prix (WTGP). Yamaha Japan to hold this competition every 2 years, followed by various countries. Participants in the championship WTGP 2007 Indonesia became the champion in class 1 and 3 motorcycle business beat contestants from Southeast Asian countries, and China. Contests WTGP divided into two classes namely the special business class countries that market products motorcycle engine capacity of small and large motor class .***
